IT Services Fees
Call out charge £40.00 (which includes your 1st hour) then £30.00 per hour after that. Project prices available for larger projects.
No fix, no fee – if diagnostics within 1 hour, after 1 hour call out charge may apply.
IT Support Contract for Small Businesses and Charities
- Basic10: up to 10 hours a month of telephone, remote or on-site IT and Network support (no cumulative). £300 per month.
- Hourly: no contract or monthly payments, on call charges only. Please see fees section above.
Charities have a discount of 15% on monthly contracts and 10% on hourly charges.
